Return Process

  Contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Place the Plaud device and all original accessories, including charging cables and cases, back into its original retail packaging to ensure safe transit.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of your tracking receipt.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned unit, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
